Welcome to Hala Mart. These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to our store and every order you place. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Hala Mart is an online store serving customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are prepared and delivered through our local fulfilment and delivery partner. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +966 59 789 0155, by email at halaonline.mart@gmail.com or through our Contact page.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if the product is out of stock, or if the details appear incorrect or fraudulent. If an order is cancelled, you pay nothing.
You can change or cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.

3. Prices

All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, with free delivery and no hidden fees. Prices and offers may change, but the price of an order you have confirmed will not change. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the amount ready if possible.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free to all regions of Saudi Arabia and usually takes 3 to 5 days in total from order confirmation, including dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during holidays, peak seasons or for remote areas. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Refusing a delivery

Cash on delivery orders are prepared and shipped especially for you, so please only order if you intend to receive the parcel. If you no longer want an order, contact us before it is shipped. Repeatedly refusing deliveries or not answering may lead us to decline future cash on delivery orders.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Product information

We do our best to describe and show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen and packaging may change from the supplier. Images are for illustration. Please read the product description, safety notes and compatibility notes before ordering.

9. Product use and safety

Use products only as described in their instructions. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition. Keep small parts, chargers and heated devices away from children unless a product is designed for them.

10. Warranty

If a product arrives faulty, or stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water (unless the product is rated for it) or normal wear.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. Your personal data

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual property

The Hala Mart name, logo, store design and content belong to Hala Mart and may not be copied without permission. Product brand names belong to their owners.

14. Complaints

To make a complaint, contact us by WhatsApp, by email or through our Contact page with your order number. We reply as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.
