How do I place an order?
Choose your product, add it to your cart and complete the checkout with your name, phone number and address. Our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before it is shipped.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives. You only pay once the product is in your hands.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and usually takes 3 to 5 days in total, including order confirmation, dispatch and delivery. Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.
Why did I receive a confirmation call?
We confirm every cash on delivery order by phone or WhatsApp to make sure your details are correct and your order reaches you without delay. Please keep your phone available after ordering.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge. See our Returns and Refunds page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
