Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order.
Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 days in total, including order confirmation, dispatch and delivery. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, Ramadan and Eid peak periods, bad weather, or for remote areas. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Order confirmation
After you order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm your name, phone number and address. Orders are shipped after confirmation. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.
Cash on delivery
You pay in cash when your order arrives. There is nothing to pay online and no card is needed.
Delivery attempts
The courier will contact you before delivery. If you are not available, the courier will try again. If the parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts, or is refused, it is returned to our warehouse and the order is cancelled.
Checking your parcel
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Correct address
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before the order is shipped.
