This Privacy Policy explains how Hala Mart collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our store or place an order. We handle your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL).

Data we collect

Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and email if you give it.
Order history: the products you order, return or cancel.
Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
Refund details: your bank account (IBAN), only if you request a refund.
Device and usage data: your browser, device, IP address and how you use our store, collected through cookies.

We do not collect card details. All orders are paid in cash on delivery.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, understand how our store is used and measure our ads. You can accept or decline non essential cookies, and you can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Where your data is stored

Our store runs on Shopify, so some data may be stored or processed outside Saudi Arabia. We only use providers that protect personal data, and we transfer data only as permitted by the PDPL.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for at least 5 years for legal and accounting purposes, and other data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

Know what data we hold about you and how we use it
Get a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data
Have data deleted when we no longer need to keep it
Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time

To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will reply within the time set by law. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe. Only people who need your data to handle your order can access it.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
